GALA PRESENTS THE NEW DESIGN OF THE BV5595S COMPETITION BALL
We are proud to present a new volleyball with an unconventional design that will be launched in October 2022. It is a high-level competition ball that will be enjoyed by the stars showing professional performance in top league matches as well as by amateur players and volleyball fans all over the world.
We worked with Tomas Bata University in Zlín to develop the ball and we put the emphasis on ensuring that the new construction of panels provides above-standard speed, accuracy and consistent behaviour for fast actions. Also, the design should ensure maximum shape retention and resulting stability of bounce.
Compared to the original ten-piece BV5591S, the new twelve-piece BV5595S got not only a more modern, dynamic appearance but, first of all, significantly better flight characteristics and high stability. Moreover, thanks to its large areas of traditional colours of the Czech flag, it is perfectly visible for players as well as for spectators.
Despite the fact that the BV5595S ball is now in the process of FIVB homologation, it has been definitely chosen by the Czech and Dutch volleyball federations as a game ball for extra-league competitions in the upcoming season of 2022/23.
